Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Flur, einen Abstellraum, zwei Badezimmer, drei Schlafzimmer und eine gro\u00dfe Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. S\u00e4mtliche Gemeindebeitr\u00e4ge im Zusammenhang mit der Baugenehmigung wurden bezahlt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die vorl\u00e4ufige Frist f\u00fcr die Erteilung einer Baugenehmigung ist Herbst 2023. Ausgezeichnete Lage, am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes und am Rande einer Bauzone. Die Zufahrt zum Grundst\u00fcck erfolgt derzeit \u00fcber eine Schotterstra\u00dfe. Die Stadt Umag sowie das Meer und die Str\u00e4nde sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.
